You could do yourself a favor and read more carefully.

Wait--how are we still filling classes?

Are people really that terrified of face-to-face interviews?

It doesn't matter that classes are full, I believe there are more FO's leaving than coming in. New hire class takes at least two months to get to a point where they see an airplane, at least that many FO's have left. I think it would be a prudent move to get out sooner than later.

How do you know more FOs are leaving than coming in?

I've moved up 33 spots as a June new hire. There are now over 120 people junior to me.

That's been ongoing since I started here long before you. I haven't moved up 33 since June, but probably more than half that, and there aren't many FOs in front of me.

EDIT: Just compared the seniority of someone in the top half of the list from a July Standing Bid award email to their seniority now. They moved up 29 spots, so it would seem almost no FOs are leaving.
