Oh, and our trips aren't blocked for IOE. If you get displaced you are pay protected for the trip. LCAs get what they can hold and training is added to their trips. We have very junior and very senior LCAs so the efficiency is all over the map.

Part of it was green; then they increased the buffers after it opened making it all red again.

No, I didn't expect them to suddenly change. They were at 12, making everything green after the 12th. About 12:05 they went to 15, making almost everything red or black. Can they do that?
