Oh it's worse. I went to the site and used the login info and it says I have no available benefits election to make....
I'm beginning to think the Open enrollment has NOT begun and that the email saying it was ending was the email sent in error. But we will have to wait until Monday to see when I can contact someone in benefits.

This is a great example of why this company's culture is irretrievably broken, and will never change: the spots of the CEO will never change from his sordid past.
I give you as Exhibit (A) his "Happy Thanksgiving" letter of yesterday, where he states

Yes, Mesa sucks. But let’s not try and make the regionals what they aren’t. They are contractors who bid the lowest to obtain flying - as such, not much should be expected.
You guys who all get into a pi$$ing match over whos regionals is better are totally missing the prize.

Just wanted to let my good friends at mesa know that there is life after you leave and it’s wonderful. Good luck to all of you. I’ve only met a greater bunch of when I was stationed overseas. You guys are awesome people trying hard to make your lives better. Mesa mgmt doesn’t deserve the quality that I’ve met there.
