FANTASY. And by the way, it's not 12 sick days a year AND 9 PTO days. It's ONE day earned per month for a total of 12, OF WHICH 7 can be used for PTO, the remainder of which can ONLY be used for sick. Short version: 12 days, not 21.
We won't even touch the silly idea of a new hire making $100K first year. Not. Happening.

But that is over 215 days of work for the year. Brutal.

You're grossly misinterpreting the vacation language. On the 7/7, you have 26 weeks off, and 26 weeks on. A vacation week removes one of the "on" weeks; it does not at all affect the remaining "off" weeks that you would already have. It merely takes away the 7-day work week between them. Yes, you end up with 21 contiguous days off, but 14 of those are days you already had off. (And if you're on one of the CC schedules, you may end up with only 15 contiguous days off, but the number of workdays removed from the schedule is still 7.)
So 26 work weeks, minus two weeks of vacation, is 24 work weeks.

Good point, I was wrong on that one, so you are correct, 24 weeks at 25 hour tour is 600 hours, is the Latitude not flying 25 hours in 7 days? They're talking about 3-5 legs a day at about 1-4 hours per leg? Sounds like some of the other fleets are falling apart and they are moving owners to the Latitude?

Global and 350 are very senior but tons of new hires going to Latitude (1/3 of our class) and I suspect will go to Longitude in the Spring when it gets here. Phenom has not been handed out for about the last 3-4 classes as they are trying to get upgrades on it.

Whatever, its pretty good money to work 6 months out of the year at a place, being at an airline was pretty miserable with the commute. I also love all my buddies at the majors are now getting ****ed off now that they are getting used while on reserve with 2 days off between lines, ridiculous!

What major has a reserve schedule with two days off in between? I want the name.
It's all perspective. I will take the commute at an airline having worked at NetJets. I will move before I fly a transcon commute but if I had to commute tomorrow to work, I can't tell you how much I won't beat down NJAs door to work there again.

76LT with a couple after midnights, maybe a handful of extended days, a couple holidays and overtime it could happen. Is the divorce or suicide worth it?

And, point of order, it ain’t a “committee.” It’s two dudes running the whole show, helping who they want to help, and screwing who they want to screw and a handful of minions doing the typing.

You keep saying "working 6 months out of the year" like you have found the only secret flying job that has a schedule. Hate to break it to you but there are so many 8/6 135 jobs, Flex pilots can work the same amount you do, oh and every major will work less than that if they bid min guarantee.
What major has a reserve schedule with two days off in between? I want the name.

400 hours a year is possible, but much more than that is hard to come by unless you pick up and drop off your plane without an airline flight (very rare), never get sick, never fatigue, never write a plane up, never get Reserve, Hot Spare or Tentative duty (completely out of your control), gets lots of flight time scheduled (also completely out of your control), don't have customers with 2-hour departure time windows (fairly common, and out of your control), never have another crew take your plane because theirs broke (and you have to airline to another one), and so on.
There are just too many other factors that make such high flight times unlikely on a regular basis. A significant portion of the job is the stuff done between flights, and that isn't going to pay any bonuses.
