I tried to make a post with a link, but I don't know where it went. If you go to the pilot careers page on Netjets website, there is a PDF download with FO pay info. It is stated in that document.

Default A few years out

I would strongly caution those looking at coming to NJA against expecting to see numbers that high. While those numbers are certainly possible, they are very dependent on the factors I laid out in my post below. The new fleet numbers from Q4 of last year are finally out, and there is very little difference to the numbers I used below. I still stand behind the numbers that I presented in this previous post as a reasonable year 1 average.
Thank you for all the information on realistic salary information for the first year. If I知 looking 3-4 years out what are realistic FO and captain numbers middle of the pack compensation wise? I知 taking a pay cut to come to NetJets. Want to have a better idea of when I can be back at the level I知 at now.

Have you considered Flexjet? First year pay is higher than NJs with a lot of other perks that, in my opinion, make it a better option than NJ

I have not applied to flexjet, it seems the 401k and benefits may be better at Netjets, and I知 starting at Netjets in a couple weeks. I知 more just curious what FO pay looks like after a few years. I know they are upgrading quick now but that may change before I get there.

There are a million variables for what the pay will look like after a few years at NetJets. It depends on if you get an upgrade. It depends in if we get a new contract and what it says. It depends on what schedule you do. It depends on what airplane you fly (some make significantly more FDP than others). It depends on how many extended days you do. With no upgrade and no new contract, working the minimum days possible, you are likely to be somewhat over 100K. With no new contract and no upgrade, but working the max schedule with a lot of extended days in a busy fleet, you could probably break 200K.

FO Year 1-2, expect around $120K-$150K depending how much you want to work. Year 3-4 you should be on captain pay, $175-$210K depending how much you choose to work.

Be careful, the union is very upset with new hires nowadays, they do not like the demographic change that has been drastically happening in the past 3 years. you got to have a strong back to deal with that angry crowd. Most of us do our job, don't pay attention to the screaming crazies and at times have to deal with the moron who AOG 6 planes in 6 days, running his own work action campaign and screwing with his partners.

Truth and when they get a phone call about it they scream about how the company is pressuring them to fly unsafe and then want the union to protect them.

Fortunately these guys are becoming less and less on the road. They are still out there but they have been educated or now go after fdp instead.

Less and less on the road? Where did you get that? It is getting worse for the company and will continue. The company has already put out emails about how bad the maintenance is getting and now using that as the excuse they won't make hiring this year. And this is slow season, when it gets busy, the company is going to be struggling.

Read the above. Those guys that go through 6 planes a day are becoming less and less of an issue. Either they have all of a sudden found FDP Jesus and stopped grounding planes overnight or they have been educated in what their job actually is.

Some of these guys I liked to call seagulls you had to throw a rock at them to get them to fly. I would have had more respect for them if they actually had morals but as soon as FDP kicked in they all of a sudden ditched their holier than thou attitude of writing up every paint chip for the increase in a paycheck. Hmmm funny how that happens.

Funny how all that works.
