Airlines furlough thousands for any that NJA has ever furloughed.
That... with NAI... age 67... hmmmm. Sounds like there's risk all around.
I'll but my bets on big money. They're always rich.
How's class?

I mean do you even remember the furlough, and WHY they furloughed? Good grief, the market took a dump and all the rich people lost their jet allowance. You think that can't happen again?

Percentages dude. The numbers don't matter. What is the percentage? Last I checked NetJets was the last to furlough, last to recall and it furloughed 19% of its workforce.

I lived through it.
Still here.

You lived through it, while 19% of your co-workers were on the street. You were ok so it doesn't matter, and it can't happen again, roger that.

16.5% of the combined NJA/NJI.
Close though.
US AIr furloughed 25% before it was all said and done....
Much deeper for a 6000 pilot group.
50,000 after 9/11 industry wide... NJA never hired so many as it did after 9/11.
But that goes back too far for Millennial Memories.

I swear trying to have a discussion with you is like trying to talk to a child. Never have I seen the level of passive aggressive topic dodging and derailing, and this goes for the MB as well.

Wash, rinse, repeat... aviation.
Anyone you can't win with in debate, you label. That's fine.
I'm not sure that will work long term but good luck. Sometimes, when you debate, you need a history of experience with the topic, a background of relevance and... a track record.
I hope what happened to many of us never knocks at your door.
It's not a happy time.
