O and it is still cheapo Gulfstream, thankfully Saab also makes cars so you guys can find plenty of spare parts for your planes and not be as obvious.

You're a good guy but that has to be the most ignorant thing I have read. On that reasoning about 80% of the company pre 2011 who went through the academy would also be a scab...

Nobody here has crossed a picket line. If you have any beef, take it up with the company. They're the ones screwing you, not the new pilots....

Hahaha all you guys can be seen saying how great this company was just a few pages back. Now look at you. You grow up so fast.

nancy33 06-06-2012 02:23 PM

It still is a good company just some drama because we are growing too fast

Prolly be a good idea to take that link to the CBA down.

nancy33 06-06-2012 06:12 PM

I don't think I can but I pm'd them to remove it but it is an unblocked site open to the public on top of it I think these CBA's are legal Docs which are filed in court so it is public knowledge. Hope the mod takes care of it I don't want to offend anyone

There is nothing about a seat lock in the contract as far as I could find. After failing to do so, and being told different lengths of time for the seat lock by management I called and spoke with 2 Union reps. They confirmed that there is no seat lock in the contract, but the company can exercise a seat lock at their discretion. It's the ace up their sleeve.

Hopefully we be getting the pay and be able to transition if we want.

Are you guys still hiring street captains, and if so, where are they being sent for a junior base? Thanks

It is under equipment freeze, it is in your filling of vacancies section.

Good question with hiring being only into the Saab it would seem FLL for now and then TPA as it transitions. Later on IAD and ATL (possibly outstation basing) when that flying starts.
