But I do agree with the fact that more pay to the pilots would make people happier, keep people around, and be a negligible cost increase to the company. These "good job" emails and little party/barbecues will only go so far, wheres the incentive and reward?

For the low time pilots at Silver say thanks to Silver that You didn't have to instruct any where and you flew quality turbine time rather than C172 or PA44 time and get your 1500 hours and the sky is the limit at a Jet Regional!!! Good luck to all. We'll see how they fly these planes with all the street Captains junior to all these senior FOs

They will definitely upgrade just not tomorrow or next month. I've heard some thinking about jumping over to "The regional which should not be named" SMH....sit tight everything is gonna work out.

Be patient everyone... Some of the fo's chomping at the bit for upgrade have only been here about a year. If you think that's stagnation talk to some of the street ca's that have been at 3 or 4 other airlines before here.
