Never had any problems with him. In fact I enjoyed my time with him and nobody from my class quit because of him I assure you that. Don't let someone's own inability and excuses be the reason why you dislike a person you've never met.

so the real question is, can you apply, and get hired as a street captain at Silver...and what is the pay? It would be a great way to get the ATP and get some PIC time while everyone else is still in the toilet.

If you have the time I don't see why not. I believe you need to have at least the ATP written done before they would consider you a DEC applicant. The worst you can do is apply and interview, remember this though you cold get bumped back to the right seat from all the people going into class now with higher seniority than you would have. All it takes is for us to slow down the hiring for whatever reason and then it could be stagnant. I hope that doesn't happen, but it's always a possibility.

That would be a drag. It all depends on just how much hiring they will do, and how much PIC time I can get, and above all...just how many times I get to fly to Cuba. I need to see the mother land!
