I've never heard of an airline that does that unless there's a displacement bid of some sort.

They do system bids biannually and every time a base opens or closes. Thats where a DEC can get bumped.

I interviewed Jan 12 and have yet to hear as well. Tom Petty was right the waiting is the hardest part.

This is incorrect. The only way you can get bumped is a systemwide staffing bid. Otherwise, there needs to be an open slot.
