Any updates? As someone looking at leaving instructing behind, this seemed like a viable option until I read the dumpster fire of a thread. Anyone have updates in their contract, etc? Not against staying for a year or two if it seems legit.

I have quite a few of my friends that I instructed with over there as FOs on multiple planes. They all fly a lot and seem to like it. I am not sure if any of them collect hotel points. They all signed 1 or 2 year training bonds (not sure if any are pro-rated) None of them are home most of the time- they stay with the plane.

Thanks for the update. A year bond wouldn't be too bad, but 2 years would be too long.

It’s only 1 year.

Anyone looking for Cirrus updates, latest and greatest, etc? Cirrus has updated their payscales with new fleet additions, but sometimes they struggle in getting info back to email submissions and the member who provided APC profile updates has moved elsewhere.

There are no hotel points for the airlines. Because they have crews in the same hotel every night for 365 nights a year, they sign a contract directly with that hotel for rooms. They often get 50% off by guaranteed purchase of that many rooms (B-777 crew = 20 rooms 365 nights a year). Part 135 is obviously a different world, so it doesn't make sense to compare apples to oranges.
