Default Lee sold DPJ out again.

Lee's letter forgot about loosing our travel privileges, our 401K loss and we did not even did not receive our pathetic amazon gift cards. Even GAMA pilots got a $1000 yearly bonus all of the other years.
Lets not forget that Lee during our last DPJ pay program promised DPJ a 6 to 12% bonus potential while he was negotiating with WUP not to loss pilots so he could bring somewhat of a pilot group to the deal 2 years ago.
Lee's job inatialty was brought into take care MX. Had MX been handled properly we never would have lost many aircraft from the certificate.
Glad he got his dream car!

If it helps, I have been swimming in the hiring pool since first week of April. No real news on when/if they will start pulling from the pool. Latest is sometime maybe this spring.

Same here. Every update is another delay for 3 months at a time.

Likewise. I’ve missed a few other opportunities (non flying) that I should have went for in the mean time.

These are the times of regret. The shoulda, woulda, coulda of aviation, and pretty much life in general nowadays.

Just know that there are many that have the same or similar sentiment as you do. Probably not a lot of comfort, but just know you are not alone in your frustrations.

Default Pay Structure

Are the Wheels Up group pilots still on Salary or has there been a change over Daily Rates?

Still salary. As I understand it, anyone who wasn’t is being shifted to a salary.

Don’t think you’d have to worry about that, they’re not gonna have a Jet FO transition right to the left seat of the king air. Jets are much easier and simpler to fly
