Any information on the floating G200 positions? What's the schedule like?

One of the JetLinx locations says:
“12 Duty Days and 23 nights at home on average per month” for an SIC opening.

Does this sound realistic / likely to anyone there now or recently?

That's probably a lie. If it's an already existing account, ask for the contact info for the current crew.
Our "3-pilot account" stayed at 2 pilots for 9+ months while we were looking for a replacement for the FO that quit.
JLA burned through 4-5 potential FOs who got the straight poop from the Lead. The guy they hired was shoveled the same $h!t in the interview, but was never given the opportunity to speak with the current crew.
He lasted around 5 months, just like the guy he replaced.

In today’s market, it is my opinion, there are far better choices pretty much anywhere. My experience at Jetlinx was quite negative. In 25 years of flying it is the only employer in which my daughter said “daddy, I hate your job”. Take that for what it is worth but unless it changed from the 8 days a month off their schedule isn’t competitive pay is average at best. Think real hard about 8 days a month off, real hard.

On call 365/24/7, owner doesn't approve leaves easily.

My 6-year old said that about my EMS job after they shanked us with a substantial change in the rotation and I was gone a lot.

Kinda breaks your heart, and makes you wonder what the point of this career is.

Speaking directly with the current crew is the way to ferret this out.

Can anyone chime in on the XLS 8/6 floater pilot? Is it a legit 8/6, set in stone? Or just on paper?
