1600 Total time
1500 PIC
200 PIC Turbine (Single Engine)
1000 Tailwheel
500 Float
16 MEL
500 VFR Part 135 experience
(Hopefully 135 IFR minimums soon)

Atlas, ATI, and Skywest will look at your resume, and they all will let you get based in Seattle. With float time you can go work at Kenmore too.

Ok great to hear. Didn't mean to derail the Ameriflight thread here. I'll try and post in the Career section. Thanks for your reply.

Be99 moved posting

Anyone else starting Sept 11 on the BE99? Anyone know if any of those planes have autopilot? Or what the stacks look like. I'm brushing up hard on my IFR and the study materials but if there's any other suggestions or thoughts from someone's who's recently gone through the process, would appreciate your input.

Most have a wing leveler type of autopilot - which can be deferred - and GI275. Do everything you can to drill flying without a moving map, e.g. timeturnthrottletalk, as GPS can be deferred too! Your training will require it.

From my time, the GPS was never deferred as MX knows the destinations that the 99 goes into almost always relies on a RNAV approach.

True, rarely deferred. And it cannot be deferred due to an out of date database; unless the MEL has changed. The 99 is probably the fleet that most consistently has GPS. I’ve flown a couple 1900s without GPS and got very proficient flying IMC from VOR-VOR. Some 1900s have the old KLN-90 unit. A lot of folks complain about the KLN, but it’s actually a nice piece of equipment once you learn the ins and outs.

Sorry if this has been asked recently (I tried search but wasn't able to find the answer) but can anyone tell me what a rough upgrade timeline would be for Burbank or Ontario? How many hours are FO's getting in these bases? Thank you!

New user and tried to search to find this info. Could anyone at Ameriflight let me know what equipment flies out of CVG? Also do the hire FOs out of CVG or is it all planes with a captain only?

Right now 1900s, single-pilot and for charter E120s which use FO.. 99s allegedly coming

QOL/Baes/routes

Hey guys, thinking of applying to AMF, but I want to inquire about what does the schedule looks like? week on week off? or is it structures like the regionals 3/4 days trip? also is there a San Diego base? or ONT is the closest thing?
Also, I have prior jet experience with 6300TT 4800Jet time and 870TPIC. What is the typical type I can expect right off the hiring?
I am looking to fly but be home as much as possible for family reasons.
TIA.
