The short answer is "it depends", but most runs have you home every night. You could easily hire directly into type-rated equipment. Talk to recruiting and aoply for the best lifestyle fit. Sorry, retention bonus is history...

There are no FO positions in BUR/ONT. Those bases have BE99/SA227 only, operating single pilot.

FOs are used in the E120/SF340 because they require them for the type certificate and on SA227s in Charter. The SF340s are located in DFW, the SA227s are in ELP and the E120s are in Puerto Rico, PHX, PDX and GEG and CVG.

Interview timeline?

Hey all I just applied a couple weeks ago for the BE99 Captain position.
I received a phone call last week asking some verification questions and that she'll send over my info to schedule an interview soon. havent heard from them since? Does anyone know what the process is like from this point onwards? Should I try to reach any recruiter to check the status of the application?

It wouldn’t hurt at all to reach out and ask. At least then you’ll know.

Any idea the pay or what's competitive for SF340 FO? I have 325 SIC in a SA227 but only 650 TT. I emailed pilot hiring (since they don't post FO jobs) but haven't heard back. DFW base is close to home for me.

Pay scale is posted on their website; FOs start at $41,000 with a few additional categories for those working on the charter side.

FO applications are typically in-house and come from UPS interns.

Thanks. Don't know how I missed that. I'm too far out of college for the UPS internship but I'll keep reaching out periodically. With my turbine time you'd think someone would give a 2nd look. lol. or not

My understanding from talking to one of the Chief Pilots is that they have a contractual obligation to UPS and United first for their pathway programs. While that doesn't mean they never hire FOs, the need to hire off the street stays low.

Ameriflgiht does street hire FOs, but they do not publish positions on the careers site. Emailing pilot hiring is the right opening move.

They will not (presently) entertain FOs who are not CFI/II.

Thanks. No CFI for me but I'll see what I can do. I do have SA227 SIC type but hoping for SF34 out of DFW if it were an option.
