can anyone tell me what the process is going be like after I sign the employment acceptance letter until I go to training? Are they going to send me a 402 manual or an online study program link? Does cape air pay for your flight back to Boston for training?

You will do one week of online training and then go to Hyannis for the rest. The link for the manual is online. They will fly you from Boston to Hyannis on a cape air plane but you have to get to Boston on your own.

When do you think I will start the online training? My class starts October 26th. Thank you for answering my questions.

They'll send you PRIA paperwork to fill out and return before training starts. You'll also be given a username and password to login to the company portal. Get familiar with it... Review the QRH, and NPH. You'll find those on the website. The email from HR will tell you how to get to it. No online training, just review those. Then 2 weeks of ground in Hyannis. There you'll get a binder with everything you need for training.

With the new TA it's $10 per duty hour, and you're guaranteed 40 duty hours a week so $20,800 a year. Any week you work more than 40 duty hours is overtime paid at $15 a duty hour.

Gotcha! Q: Do they assign the base or can you pick? What are schedules like?
