They'll send you PRIA paperwork to fill out and return before training starts. You'll also be given a username and password to login to the company portal. Get familiar with it... Review the QRH, and NPH. You'll find those on the website. The email from HR will tell you how to get to it. No online training, just review those. Then 2 weeks of ground in Hyannis. There you'll get a binder with everything you need for training.

With the new TA it's $10 per duty hour, and you're guaranteed 40 duty hours a week so $20,800 a year. Any week you work more than 40 duty hours is overtime paid at $15 a duty hour.

Gotcha! Q: Do they assign the base or can you pick? What are schedules like?

No more online training? I guess the combined it with the ground school huh. There was only a week of ground when I went through.

They stopped the online training. I had two weeks of ground in April.

There are 2 FO system bids a year where all FO's bid for bases and they are awarded based on seniority. As FO's upgrade to captain, their lines become vacant and new hires can pick from those lines that are open.

Schedules... Depending on your base, there are 4 different schedules:
A: Sat-Mon Off
B: Mon-Wed Off
C: Fri-Sun Off
D: Wed-Fri Off

That's not bad, depending where you live, if you commute. I would be commuting to FL.
