I am new on the forum. I was wondering if Cape Air will hire someone with low PIC (300) but quite an amount of SIC (>2000) and ATP written done. Previous Part 135 experience, mostly International flying. Haven't flown ME in a couple of years but still current flying C-172 at least twice a month.

I think the best way to find out is to apply for the job. Get you applications out to all of them, if that's the direction you want to go.

Apply for everything, worst thing they can do is tell you no. I got picked up for a turbine twin with 74 hours multi in the book. The more applications you send out the better options you will have.

Not sure I follow this. Are you saying Cape Air will give you better QOL and an easier commute and the regionals won't? Just curious.

For the most recent bid we had 30 pilot bases to choose from so the commute can be a toss up. Commuting from the hubs can be easy, but some outstations often have full flights so it'd be hard to get in and out of base.

QOL might be better but commuting is not recommended. That's why they relocation assistance.
