Unless you work for Mesa.... there is no way this is better than a 121 regional. FO's at TMC leave in droves for regionals on a regular basis.
I make more money and have 15-18 days off a month now, and I can count the number of MEL's I've had this year on one hand.
Compared to flying perpetually broken airplanes to perpetually terrible FBO's with perpetually terrible people in the back, and being paid to do it by perpetually clueless and inept management, the airline gig ain't bad at all.

For you it would probably be great. Or...you could heed the advice of those that actually know better and go to a regional. Do you have any clue how long it would take to reach their PIC mins when you're just perpetually broken, airlining from plane to plane?

Wow, where to begin!?
To all my friends there who have chosen to stay, fight, and make TMC a better place to work, I commend you. It's not easy, but it pays off long term. Netjets would still be an Execjet crummy job if our brothers and sisters over there had not stayed and fought the good fight to make Netjets a place to stay and retire. Best of luck to my brothers and sisters at TMC who are fighting to make it a place worth staying.

Netjets has been shedding pilots like a dog with mange for the past few years.

Have you checked out flyexclusive? Pay rates going up, fleet is growing unlike TMC which is shrinking and they have a quick upgrade based on your times. Same home based schedule, fixed 8/6 or 15/13 schedule. Worth checking out.
