Seems like what you can expect for FO pay anywhere if you're below 1200.
They're captain pay is 55k and only a four day work week. They also just came out with a 20k dollar signing bonus on top of that.

Interviewed with them about 3 months ago. May very well have changed since.

Looks like they lost one Monday. RIP. I'm guessing the time pressure of night freight did not allow waiting for the line to clear out:

Timeline or not, that is inexcusable. I really hope management didn't pressure this pilot to go.

Why would this accident not show up yet on the NTSB database?

It can take at least a month for an NTSB preliminary report to get published. There was a medevac Cheyenne that crashed back in July, and I don't think I saw an NTSB preliminary report till August.
