I got an email to call, I'm a retired navy pilot flying with L3 in Afghanistan. I've been doing this for 2.5 years but time for a change and I don't know much about Gama/Wheels Up. Good to read the positive things, I am very interested. I have 4200 hours, most in turbo prop, the BE300 type and about 1000 hours in jet, mostly the T-45C Goshawk and then the T-2C Buckeye.

Personally, I'm quite content where I am right now. The salary is pretty good, health insurance is excellent and I live in base, so no commuting. That alone is worth a lot to me.
Who knows what the future will bring, especially in this business, but I currently don't have my resume out.
I'm not about to start commuting to JFK to sit reserve just so I can fly an A320. I don't care how much they pay me.

I would HIGHLY recommend going to flex jet, XO Jet, or Netjets. From what I've heard around the corporate sector, Netjets is still the king. They have a union, pay is good (just negotiated a new contract), schedule is good, healthcare is good, hey have been around for along time (stable company), and there is a chance to grow with the company. Everyone I have heard from here that is looking to stay corporate is looking to get on with them (Netjets).
