I don't think they plan on filling it.

Default Change at Boutique HR

I noticed that Monique Arrington has moved on from Boutique. Talked to her a few times seemed nice, but application never moved forward.

Yep, her Linkedin profile is saying she's working somewhere else now. She was super nice during my HR interview!

To say that BTQ is anything like SeaPort shows a lack of understanding of either one or both of the airlines. Having worked at both, I can tell you whole heartedly that BTQ is NOTHING like SeaPort. I'm not going to go in to the specifics of my opinion on here, but if anyone wants to PM me, feel free.

Several of us have already gone into the specifics in previous posts anyway. Come on, you can spill the beans.

I heard from a friend at BTQ three people were fired regarding negative comments after the benefits issue, which was closely followed by the e mail from SS. Lots of MX personnel gone too. With the freeze in hiring, loss of benefits, loss of SLC, VEL, CNY, Boutique sounds like it's starting to hit bad times.

No wonder there's a "freeze" in hiring - they've hired probably 1000 people who completed the interviews "successfully" but haven't been called ever since.
A buddy of mine who flies for us was "hired" back in Feb.

Sadly EAS flying is just not a sustainable business model, especially in this day and age.

However someone new will pop up to pick up this flying, as I believe EAS funding survived the House. Only for them to go out of business 3 years later.

Hope all the dudes at Boutique are able to get the hours they need out of it and then move on to bigger and better things.

You mean SkyWest? They won VEL and CNY
