Snuck a peek at next months schedule, looks like more days off but still a lot of hours. Commuting still is not an option in the least. Cost of living in Denver is high, you'll need a few roommates to make it work comfortably.

welcome! Hopefully its just you, 3 FOs should be about right for our current schedule. They like to knee jerk react and over hire until we are back at 30 hours a month.

More or less, we have enough f/o's hitting or getting close to captain mins that we're basically just upgrading internally at this point. Still have seen some street captains brought on in the most recent classes though, but the majority are upgrades.

I have the last three months. I'm going to hit ~95 this month. Not including reserve. Those are 2.5 credit hours a day you don't get called in.

I was told by a boutique gate agent in PHX in March that FO's were short, but have been in regular contact with Boutique since being in the hiring pool towards the end of Feb and was told multiple times that PHX is "overstaffed" and it would be a while. Ive been ready to go, sitting at my house IN PHX since the end of feb. Oh well, ill be ready soon!!
