I'd appreciate the reality on being hired by end of year based in PHX and an upgrade estimate from those informed with facts. Thanks
What the last guy said. I hated it at BTQ. Go 121

Flying the PC-12 at BTQ will definitely help you transition into the regional jet, but BTQ has a one year prorated training contract. You'll make CA in no time, but the training contract clock starts over again and CA spot might not be at a base of your liking. Since your TT is @ 900, it might more sense to go straight to a regional. Good luck!

Can you make a post about why you hated it? Think it'd be good for the new guys applying to hear some differing opinions towards BTQ instead of me forcing kool-aid down their mouths

It's 100% EAS. You'll be pressured to fly into weather, delayed to the middle of the night, fly with countless MELs just so the company can get subsidies.

When you put it that way, it sounds like such an attractive place to work.

Alright so I completely understand the means of getting a bad taste from different experiences but I'm a guy that sticks it out and moves on if I need to without doing a lot of looking back...

Just wanting facts on the length of time required to go from the right seat of the PC12 SIC to the left seat from 900 hours TT (assuming 135mins PIC met)... How long to hold a PHX base?

What would a guy have to do so he could get to work from PHX a duration of time waiting to be back in a PHX base with no CASS??? Probably not a good answer I assume but is there company metal helping these situations when able etc? (I assume if I did get on and upgrade to PIC in February then I would be PIC based in DEN).. Therefore I need to get there some time before holding PHX.

Enjoy that contract buyout then if you're not happy with the job. The King Air contract is killer.
