Because all pilots are a line item expense. They don’t care about us. We cost them money. That is it. The cheaper the better. If a vote passes by 65% then they paid 14% too much. It’s not all social responsibility and unicorns in this biz. They don’t care about anything but the bottom line

With a high percentage of rtp's now. That pool will be drying up shortly. They did a great job of it but there are only so many rtps. Another cadet program was just added. So far it's liberty, infinity and atp supplying the most cfis to the company.

Right because Envoy waited for us to announce the DEC $44,000 bonus so we could do it together. PSA waited to announce the new bases they opened.
Point is, Piedmont pilot group has the ability to move the bar up without waiting on the other two. This group doesn’t get a pay raise AND QOL improvements it’ll be a No Vote. Plain and simple, good luck recruiting pilots in this market.

I'd love to see my former co workers get there first. It will come directly from Dallas when you guys can't fill classes. Getting 12 min off is probably doable but money... Maybe reduce the interface. let's just say I know it's not going to happen unfortunately.
You can certainly try for it but... like i said it'll come from Dallas

Piedmonts new pay raise
ENY will send our many Applicants put on hold since we have to many FOs & not enough CA, or DEC.... ENY will most likely send regular applicants (non pipeline) on hold to PSA/PDT by direction of AAG before any of us WO see a pay raise from Mgmt. Recruiting NH is not issue (evidently), seems they come for both the flow & NH bonus. Company (WO’s) have problems train them fast (not enough sims), and can not get them to “fly enough” or upgrade fast enough at 1000hrs 121 qualifying time to upgrade. Increasing QOL and other incentives will help. QOL improvement are more likely now, vs CA Pay rates which may come later this year anyways. We all hope it comes much sooner & flow increases.
IMHO NH pay rates are not the issue. QOL & CA Pay rates needs to match or exceed Endeavor/Republic/CommutAir/AirWisky. We are behind the ball. Not ahead most likely for shareholder reasons (fear of shareholder reactions).
