The questions that get asked on a daily basis that could be solved by, ya know, taking even a quick look at our contract is astonishing. Had the last sentence here typed up before I deleted what made too much sense. I can't agree more here. High turnover rate industry wide. When I was new, I was clueless as to how things worked because I WASN'T TAUGHT IT. There's no contract familiarization class, you're thrown into the fire. Thankfully guys are asking questions to figure it out. Contracts are complex, point them in the right direction and get them familiar with it.

When I was new, I was clueless as to how things worked because I WASN'T TAUGHT IT. There's no contract familiarization class, you're thrown into the fire. Thankfully guys are asking questions to figure it out. Contracts are complex, point them in the right direction and get them familiar with it.
