My point was that ALPA is not representing the best interest of regional pilots. They are representing the best interest of the senior main line pilots.

There is a possibility that the model may be forced to change by the reality of the baby boom BUST We just gotta wait and see. If you are 23yrs old, with 150 hours and ATP qualis - this is a fabulous time. I am not

Does the dialog change at all if the comparison is PSA to Endeavor?

Is PSA maybe not going to see the increase in flow speed/upgrade speed, etc of Piedmont?

I think the general sentiment is that IF you are looking for the flow, as a new hire today you will flow faster at PDT than PSA mainly because of simple math... PDT has about 1/2 the pilot group of PSA right now.
