Thanks. I guess I will be applying a little sooner than anticipated. Need to renew my passport and 1st class.

I got started filling out the application on airline apps. Question, did they call any of your references and what types of questions were asked? Wondering who to put down.

Also, make sure you get a current PSA pilot to refer you before you apply. The recruiting team is becoming much more selective for our “off the street” hires due to the number of cadets we have in our instructor and Rotor to Pilots pipeline programs. If you have an internal referral it will help to get your app noticed.

It wouldn’t hurt but I think you’re best bet is to have someone put a referral in for you and take a peak at your app to make sure it’s filled out properly before you apply. I’m quite familiar with the process if you would like a 2nd set of eyes on your application reach out and I’d be happy to take a look for you.

Question CFI Pathway Interview/Hiring Process

Good Afternoon,

I have an upcoming interview for the CFI Pathway program through PSA. I'd like to be as prepared as possible. Could you tell me a bit more about what to expect?
