And why is the blended rate not in the TA? Can someone post the whole chart if you have it please.

I was not shooting for the stars here but i can only justify so much. I'm affraid I'm a NO vote.

The FO pay is still garbage.

I swear they said in the roadshow that DH pay was now 75% but sure enough the document I have says 50%.

I like the SAP/automated trading FLICA etc.

Reserve is greatly improved. Some of the language I agree still sucks, one of my biggest pet peeves is "efficient use of reserves" in relation to first/last out.

Some of the things they claimed to be "big wins" like 401k and medical to me are not.....how is it a "big win" if we already have it?

I guess I was hoping for too much, but I thought that with the newest contract we would also have the "best" contract. This is not the case for our section of the industry. I read emails all year about how Airways was making record profits yet we still get nickel and dimed.

Still on the fence.

Had my interview on Feb 21 got the email saying I was placed into a hiring pool. Wondering how long it will take to get a class date, if classes are currently being held, and if anyone has any material I could review to prepare myself for a potential class. Thanks

How long after you applied did you receive an interview invite? Also, via what method were you contacted?

I applied a little bit ago and haven't heard anything yet. No rush though as I'm currently a left seat prop guy. Just curious.

Its was not an easy decision for me by any measure. I realize the uncertainty if this thing gets shut down. Its just things in the reserve section that were not fixed even though the road show claimed they were. For example: a rsv pilot can fly an assignment, get back to base and be placed on hot. These are the exact kind of things that we wanted fixed going into this thing, but it wasnt. Add in dhd pay still 50%, tiny bonus and I just cant bring myself to vote yes.

A ground instructor told me that they dont have any class scheduled yet, but they are expecting that the next class should be somewhere around May. Hope this helps.
