Going back to the topic, from the short time ive been here, it seems like they have been trying to keep the list down to 520ish pilots and last time I checked the list it was showing 513. My guess is that they should have a class soon. But apperently we are overstaffed, anyway correct me if im wrong guys....

49 A/C and 10:1 at a regional is typically unheard of..... Thus even at 10:1 we'd only require 490 pilots...... I vaguely remember the company liking 8.5ish:1 airplane ratio......

Anyways attrition is slow...... They thought we'd have over 30% and needless to say that hasn't happen yet this year......

Well actually psa prefers less than that. When we furloughed some years back, we ended up with about 480 pilots on property. Since we are exactly the same size today as we were then, im thinking 480 is their comfort zone. However with the new contract, 500+ might now be required.

Does your LOA (mainline progression) have the 12 month seat lock requirement? How do you guys feel about it?

According to the email I got, the TA with full contract language is supposed to be posted on the PSA ALPA website. I could not find it on there. Any ideas what's going on with that? I'm not voting till I read the language.
