BTW, PSA isn't a bad place to work AS LONG AS YOU GET OFF RESERVE QUICKLY. Reserve is worse here than most any other regional. However, junior lines here are pretty good. Some of our best lines are the junior ones on the 200. The 700 lines have been sucking lately though. 2 - 4 hour sits between turns and lots of 2 leg days. Still not that bad of place to work. All regionals are the same in my opinion. Many of our lines are easily commutable in CLT. Living in base and bidding commutable lines makes for good QOL.

I think about 15-18, and non of them were "flow-ups". They were hired in 07-08 and have been in a pool ever since. There is no flow/preferential interview agreement of any kind between psa and Usair, contrary to popular belief.

Charlotte sim space is always an issue for PSA. A class of 24 is finishing up indoc right now. That's a huge class by PSA standards. They're doing about 6 upgrades a month. Unless they stop upgrading there should be a class of new hires in Dec or Jan. They may quit upgrading though. Who knows?
