I would stay put. You'll upgrade at colgan alot faster than psa. Also, I think your new contract is better than what we have here. Just my opinion as well. Oh, and if you ever want to work for Usair ( big if) don't come here or peidmont.

Yea I was thinking that but although the contract is good I'm at the bottom of the new combined seniority list with pinnacle and mesaba so from what I've been hearing that's kinda where my upgrade stands at the bottom of the 3000+ pilot list and 500 at psa sounds better to me

Psa pilots are trying to get some sort of preferential hiring in place. The way its worked in the past is you get hired, then psa releases you in seniority order when they decide they feel like it. Meanwhile, pilots from every other airline are going to class and are now senior to you. We had guys waiting so long that airways stopped hiring all together. Someone did the math on another thread. Of all pilots hired since 2007, 2% were from psa and peidmont.

Hey everyone I'm looking for some advice. I got hired at colgan in April this yea on the Saab 340 up in Boston. Due to scheduling screw ups and delays I still haven't started IOE yet and nobody seems to have a idea of how much longer it will be. That being said I interviewed a few weeks ago at PSA and was offered the sept 7 class. Do you all think it would be worth the move and training again and giving up 6 months of seniority (I think I can hold a line in my base when I finally get up there)? Thanks!
