Pay rates are almost current book on CA minus 16-18..... Pay raise comes DOS+1 etc after.... Dhd no change.... Many in scheduling.... Again why the hold up on payrates? We pay darn well for our CAs...... Again many QOL changes that make this a no brainer for me.

No.... As the document isnt really out there.... Its on a graph on the road shows.... You'll get a copy of the actual payrates soon. When you see the graph you will see only SKW has a higher CRJ200 pay rate and a CRJ700 pay rate as well. We are above anyone else out there other then SKW. I'm not so sure if that is a good thing or not but its where we sit..... I.e. look at Pinnacle and Comair in todays market......

Also First Officers year 1-3 see a LARGE difference. I want to say year two is nearly 35 an hour on a CRJ200? Not great but it is a huge leap from where we were to where we are.....

Add in 1.75 for a junior man, min day, rsvs going up to 75 hours and 4 hours of credit towards guarantee if you sit HRV there are huge benefits in this current TA.......

Honestly the only change really is no crew meals.... And no 150% SDO if you want to be a company you know what....... But there are still possibilities of getting 150% if the company fails to keep proper coverage on a certain day that you pick up flying.....

Really you need to go to a road show to see the presentation... When you do it is pretty eye opening as to how this is so much better and in todays market probably one of the better deals this company will ever offer.....

What about the career progression to Mainline? Same as ours at PDT? You guys still have better stuff in your TA than we are getting.

AWAC tops out at a few bucks more, but generally it is the same or slightly higher I believe, especially near the lower end.

QX is higher but don't they do some kind of weird 32 day month or something? Making their guarantee actually slightly lower.

Top 3 for our section of the industry isn't bad....

Hate the SDO loss though.

Why are both MECs (PDT and PSA) trying to pass these weak TAs so bad. Are they getting a big pay out or do they know something that they won't to say?

A measly 1.8% for another 10 years of hell.
