Yes as a regional FO you're making bank....... More hours in open time, more rsvs fly, the more crews needed...... But the right seats fun nearly six years later......

The more you ***** yourself out, the less rsvs fly, less staffing, less pilots needed to insure etc....... I bet that 12 hours cost significantly less then health insurance, 401k contributions, etc.....

Questions regarding SDO: 1) A junior manned SDO for a CAK high-speed will no longer pay 12 hours . It will pay 175% of block, i.e 3 hours block returns 5:15 pay. 2) A pilot that would pick up that same trip on their days off would net the block only, i.e in this example 3 hours. With a 3.5 min day rig would that return 7 hours pay - or - would it remain at 3.5 hours pay since you are never "off" duty ??

Yes...... 8 hours, trip must depart in hrv window (no more 6-4 ,get called at 3 for a 410 show), 4 hours credit toward guarantee...... Fly 60 hours, sit 5 hrvs, you will credit 80 hours for the month.....

Are we talking SDO or a juniorman assignment? Need to get clear question to answer..... Also the psa pilot forum has all NC members on it willing to answer questions..... What a better source then those who negotiated this deal....

What is the length of Ready Reserve?
How about credit for Regular Reserve?
How long to implement the Reserve rules and why?
Why did PDT get a 6% signing bonus and PSA 1.8%?
Why isn't the signing bonus equal for all pilots?
What can I expect to see in terms of a raise?
Bottom line is what is my W2 going to look like?
4 years of per diem being $1.40 saved the company money.
Like giving up crew meals.
And SDO pay for Hi Speeds. (That 12 hrs of pay was nice)
And we gave them 900 rates in a pinch to use against Mesa.

All in all it seems that the company after making record profits isn't giving us much. One important item for me was Holiday Pay. I didn't see it in there. F/A's, mechanics, dispatch, schedulers.... all get holiday pay. Why not pilots?

Im really surprised we only got 3.5 hr min day. I thought we would get 4. Gotta see the health insurance section, and ofcourse payrates. For some reason the payrates are hard to find.

Just wondering with very few having such why did you think we'd get it at all? In over four years the company never would give anything..... That last session they finally met us with a min day...... Our lawyer said, who sees, many negotiations, "there was one day the company was going to do such and it happen that last day." He feels strongly it wouldn't have gotten better but worse......

I guess I'm shocked by the bitterness..... We are not legacy pilots..... This entitlement mentality and Christmas list of hopes that frankly will NOT happen shock me.... The fact our NC busted balls, got us significant improvements, put us in a good place moving forward, kept 401k etc intact, insurance in place in a day of Obama care should be met with appreciation..... Instead it's met by complete and utter childish pouting over not getting the biggest truck when you got a darn nice car during very uncertain times......

Btw min day over holiday pay I'll take it..... Ask our FAs about their 401k.... Stop complaining about one thing FAs have, holiday pay, that only honors 3 days....... Min day, 401k, etc are 365 days that many labor groups don't come close to us as pilots here......

Also I guarantee we accept the crappy insurance the FAs, mechanics etc have we could get holiday pay..... But your take home pay will go down significantly and coverage down, and copays way up.......
