MEC approved the TA. Any idea when we will see what it contains?

What's the hold up on sending it out to the pilot group now? I am guessing the final language is complete?

I'm new to this process. Why the long wait? I understand maybe the language isn't complete so a full version wouldn't be available. Could we at least get some bullet points, or a pay scale?

No hold up.... This all takes time.... If you put it out there before road shows false information begins to get circulated..... This wait is all part of it. For your MEC to all approve it tells you it's a good and appropriate TA..... Lets assure proper information gets out first and foremost and the way to do such is get road shows scheduled, conference calls etc followed eventually by the actual hard copy.....

PDT got a deal over a week before us and they're still waiting..... It'll come soon enough...... But we must continue to allow the NC to prepare properly to present this deal to the members.

Why wait? The more we wait the more rumors there are, if that is what we are really worried about. I am not sure of how many different things that I have heard. I think the longer we dont know the bigger the rumors get.

Road show started today. I was not able to attend due to my schedule, but I did read the overview.

There are substantial improvements in some areas; however, parts of it seem almost concessionary. Captains got virtually no pay raise. For my pay level, it's only a $0.22 cent increase! All while US Airways has been recording record profits! Plus, our health insurance co-pays and deductibles increased.

I've got to attend a presentation before I make up my mind on my vote, but right now I am undecided at best.

Texas if your vote is based on pay you need a lot to learn. I strongly encourage a road show because there are a ton of QOL improvements....... Our CA pay rates on the 200 are only below Skywest...... To keep our 401k intact alone is huge when it doubles all others in the regional industry....

Seriously PM me and I'll be more then happy, once verifying your on the current list and in good standing, to give you more details that a hand out simply cannot.....

Scheduling improvements alone are a huge leap...... It doubles in size..... Long call being added, short call going to 2 hours in DAY/CLT and TYS avoiding hot reserve being added........

Also pay increases over the contract..... To say it doesn't is a false statement...... Our FO pay alone as 1-4 year increased greatly.......

I assume if you upgrade you'll be on RSV? There are huge changes there too......

Gojets and company will love a NO vote and the subsequent gaining of American flying........ Vote no and all bets are off the second offer is nearly as good....... I could see KH saying bye bye to many QOL provisions and a mediator placing all blame on us..... For your MEC to all vote in favor shows this is not only a fair offer but a very STRONG offer.....
