If offered the job im gonna take it. I dont mind being on reserve cause im gonna move to wherever im gonna be based. The less I fly the better. Now im just wondering what the future holds for PSA with the AA/USair merger.

I said the same thing, I think we all did. It's not "reserve" that's the bad part its the was its run here and the way they treat you. ....but hopefully it all changes with the new contract and misery loves company so welcome hope you get it!

Don't ask the guys on rsv currently how is the rsv at PSA. Ask the CAs and FOs that were on rsv from 2008-2011. 3 plus years of rsv being short handed all the time. Rsv is not bad at all right now but it we are fully aware of what scheduling CAN do and more importantly WILL do once we're short again.

I'm thinking the current reserve people are feeling how bad the reserve contract is at PSA. Basically there are no rules. Figure they own you from 5am on the first day to 10pm on the last. Over 200 days a year you will not have a life. You cannot have dinner with friends. You cannot make plans. You can't even schedule a doctors appointment. The company ownes you. A regular 9-5 you can still at least make plans for dinner. Not at PSA. Oh. Best part is you work 30% more for 30% less.

I knew about min day but im a little surprised to hear sdo pay going away. Its a part of our current book that I almost never got to take advantage of, but there alot of guys here who love it. Plus company depends on them to pick up that flying every month. You can be sure they wont now at straight pay. How about Jr man. That will still be min 4 hours at time and a 1/2 right?

Why are you all speculating? You'll see it soon enough...... Doubtful cx pay is gone as that'd be industry average........ RAH being the exception.
