I did hear however that they are trying to get airways to buy another Sim. Dont know if that will pan out.

Heard this too. I think its an old Comair sim. Shouldn't be too hard, Comair certainly won't be needing it.

Someone was floating around a rumor today of new airplanes.

That seems far fetched. With a merger supposedly two weeks away, and new hire classes being cancelled, it leads me to believe that PSA is not an intrical part of the new company. Get the resumes ready.

Wasn't canceled, just postponed to free up some sim time for the upgrade class. 8-10 newbs/mo spinning back up in Feb. Anyone heard anything about the leases on the deuces extended to 2018?

They were extended thru 2019. That was done few years ago...

Us airways is ordering 60-100 CRJs from bombardier. At least from the article someone posted. Maybe pdt will park all their dashes and merge with psa. Maybe these are replacement a/c for whiskey. Maybe growth for Mesa since they started hiring. If psa buys a sim then we might see growth.

Did y'all read the MEC email today on the negotiation update? We should have had a strike vote a long time ago. Our MEC needs to grow a pair if we're going to get a contract from the "petulant little school children".

Basically, that the company didn't even show up on one of the days, and the day they did show up, they didn't bring any solutions or ideas to solve the insurance issue. They basically want us to give them free reign on our insurance.
