Dropping a four day for an out and back during the schedule adjustment period..... Being able to drop down to 65 hours....... Flica to bid trips with the least time at work, knowing rsv coverage daily and if a trip can be dropped after round two is awarded....... Health insurance not skyrocketing is huge to me.... I fully expected a large hike or coverage dropping.... Neither occurred.....

He will upgrade and become rsv captain. That extra one day off makes a world of difference on rsv especially for commuters. Plus getting paid for sitting hot rsv. 8 hours instead of 10.

When I flew with the head of NC last year I kept stressing how important it is to have min of 11 days off for rsv. I'm so glad he listened and fought for it!

Only people that won't benefit much are the senior captains.

Yet the NC was consisted of mid-senior captains who knew our reserve and FO pay is our biggest problem. So they fought hard to improve those areas which would not benefit themselves much. We need more guys like that as leaders in our industry. Selfless guys. Not the me me me guys.

We all owe them thanks.

Brutal man, All I did was ask a question, then said I hope the language was strong. Not complaining at all. You need to thicken up your skin a bit here as the last few pages of this thread have been you calling people out as childish, complainers, etc...

We are allowed to have opinions, and someone saying they are disappointed something is, or isn't there is not complaining. Asking why said language is there or not, is a legitimate question, not complaining. For example: "What did we get for the changes to SDO"....not complaining. these are questions that ADULTS are going to have. This doesn't mean we want to burn the NC at the stake.

I'll give you a good example of complaining, just for future ref. "My girlfriend(and her boobs) do not look like Kate Upton.....*** is this BS"

Stop taking this thing so personally.

For the record, I understand the "career progression" language was just a throw in from airways, and not negotiated. I still hope it is worded so that they can't disregard it completely in the future.

For the other record, I am liking what I've heard so far from our TA.

I'm at PSA. For me this is a relatively important part of our TA. I hope the language is strong.

SDO is still here...... It's been modified some and there have been added triggers to maintain proper staffing...... If not a trip becomes more.... A juniorman 4 min hours at 175% is welcomed......

Btw the girlfriends boobs can always get fixed easily unlike the less desirable things we cant fix here....

The SDO question was just an example of something that may be asked, not a real question.

"fixed" boos are over rated(most of the time)

This ^^^
Fake boobs are a cheap attempt to hide personality issues, insecurity and desperate need for attention. Gimme a real mammary gland that fits in my hand any day over plastic crap...

Back to the issue at hand... What's the most junior captain's DOH? Is APC accurate (aug 07)?

How senior do you think long call will go? Do you think that people will pass up a line in favor of long call?
