[QUOTE=meyers9163;1363329]Can't get converted to ready

Heres what I dont understand: hot rsv credits 4 hours towards guarantee. What happens if you sit say 3 hours on hot, get called out and fly 5 more? Are you crediting 4 hours plus the 5 you flew?

Greater of the two to a minimum pay of four hours of pay...... Guess it's still a good improvement from current book....

Other good thing is when flown on ready rsv when you get back its released or short call rsv.... No more back on hrv...

Thanks. One more scenario: if youre on long call and get called out for a trip, once youre done, can you be converted to short? And if so, does that count as a conversion towards the max 12/year?

This is the kind of grey areas that are going to be an everyday agruement if there is not CLEAR language.

Having worked at a previous airline that had long call reserve, believe me long call guys will get worked and worked a lot. It is in the company's best interest to use those guys first when able and trust me they will. Especially since they can now assign reserve trips 48 hrs in advance.

At first everyone thinks long call is a free month to sit at home and harly work. But trust me that won't be the case.

If you pass up a line for long call, in my opinion that is not very smart, but if you're senior to me please go ahead.

Don't get me wrong if you are already a reserve guy it's not a bad gig especially for reserve commuters but definitely not good enough to by pass a line.

I read it after a LCR pilot completes flying they can be given more flying or released..... No other options such as SCR.....

How many days off do you get on LCR? At pinnacle, it's 11 days off, and its the same as having an 11 day off line. You always get used first.

Min day off will be 11. I don't see why scheduling will give you any more days off than necessary.

And they won't on LCR. I wish more regionals were like majors or Air Wisconsin with 12 days off across the board....
