I think we should be open to negotiations. With all the money us airways is making they probably just want to raise the pay rate and up our per deim. Otherwise why would they call this meeting. They just agreed to a contract that took 4 years to hammer out.

Even the ones whom aren't in negotiations. The only pilot groups not being told they are expensive are, TSH, silver, GLA and pinnacle... The rest of us are being told that we are expensive. Basically 75 of the industry is expensive!!!

Of course they're asking for concessions. And in this case, it will go to a pilot vote. Its incredibly important that this pilot group not get scared into voting in any of this crap. They expanded the training center for a reason. Our little vote is insignificant in the master plan. They're just trying to take advantage of our ignorance and save a few bucks where they can. Stay calm, stay united, vote NO when the time comes.

I've only had one guy who said he'll take concessions. Everyone else I've spoke to said F no. One guy said 10 cents concession for mainline number. I'm with the last guy. Or I think he got the idea from me except I'm willing to take 50 cents cut for a mainline seniority.

If we say no, its only a matter of time before they offer this deal to someone else...If this is offered to Piedmont I can almost guarantee you they will say yes. If I'm not mistaken the CRJ's were first offered to Piedmont they said no and PSA said yes...lets not be PDT in 10 years still flying 200's....before you say NO think about your future here at psa...I would take a concession if that means I get a number at Airways. Plus with this 1500 hour rule we need to make psa a more attractive place to work
