They do mean something. They cant impose a paycut, we can only voluntarily vote for one. Hence vote no.

Good luck PSA. I hope we are sending some Eagle reps up there. Just like the former Eagles being whipsawed.. PSA ,Eagle and Piedmont need to be merged.

The email we got today from psa alpa eluded to us (pilots) having a vote in this. That sares me because if there are any concessions, it needs to be killed by the mec. I guess we'll know something after the 25th

Remember the previous "900" pay rate vote?
Airways used us to force Mesa into rates below what we settled on. The airplanes were never going to come to PSA in the first place. We had the upper hand into forcing management into speeding up our contract but we (even during contract negotiations) gave management what they wanted. They shopped us around.
Now how can we think this is going to be any different?
They lied to us back then and they are going to lie to us again. But you guessed it the pilot group will still fall for the threats and the carrot. Our MEC will support management. It's up to the pilots to say no. But this is all premature till we find out what the meeting is all about.

MEC better say no to any concessions. If it comes to a vote, I am definitely a no. MOU has huge pay raises for US Airways pilots but yet we are facing possible concessions? Just doesn't make sense. We need to stand united or they will win.

You voted a contract less than 6 months ago, you have rates for 76 seaters. Management is not meeting with the union to celebrate the royal baby that was just born. There only one thing that management will ask when they dangle an aircraft order. Make your voice hear with your reps because ALPA is likely going to pressure them to make a deal as ALPA doesn't want the airplanes to go to a NON ALPA carrier. They did it to Eagle and will do it to you.

I'll take concessions!! I'll give up 29 cents per hour IF we get a number at mainline like eagle!!! If they want 30 cents then I'm a no vote! If it's NOT growth and it's just a straight replacement for the 200's we have, then they better pay us the agreed rate otherwise park the 200's and threaten us all they want. Not a single penny less! Everyone other than the lifers here will not fall for that shenanigan especially when the regional pilot shortage coming up.

I never understood the fascination with the royal family. I mean the news was talking about how the Prince put the baby in the car, then closed the door, then got in the car. GMAB. BTW he did not fold down the handle which its supposed to be.

I do think there is already a master plan already and they are just seeing what they can get. Interesting times ahead though.

It's a roll bar. It's the Range Rover top heavy...and there's a Brit driving.

I agree. PSA wouldnt be hiring SIM instructors and expanding the training center for nothing. We are competitive with our contract and our performance to get more aircraft. But I hope that our MEC and pilot group will stand up and say no to a B-scale or concesions.
