Yep, this is exactly what they told me at the interview. One, I should have been more clear, two, my retirement date from the Navy is 1 April though I told them let me know a month prior and I would take terminal leave. So that certainly is a part of it I think.

My last flight is in two days, I retire on 1 April. But yes, for a few more days, a T-45C Goshawk IP.

Congrates on your retirement. Im just a little suprised at the caliber of pilot we are able to attract. Good place to stay current (guessing its what youre looking for). Best of luck to you on getting a class date.
