I read this whole TA today and this forum just to say this TA is the most awful thing I have ever seen. Seriously you have to be crazy to vote in a 10 year agreement, with significant pay freezes, no flow, increase insurance expenses, per diem lock etc for 30 airframes?? Probably not growth either, joke will be on you guys if you vote this in. Slap in the face

This TA is yet another dig to see how far mainlines can push regionals. Gets worse each time. I'm not impressed now that I've read everything. And what about a few years from now when the aircraft are all delivered and things stagnate again? Some poor shmuck will be at year 4 FO pay forever while they negotiate a new contract in.... Wait for it.... 2023. Wow
