Are you sure about this part right here? Is it not a blend between our 200/700/900 rates? I ask because if we actually went to a straight 900 rate with this LOA, every captain on property would actually take a 3ish dollar/hour pay raise. FO's would stay at about the same and top out at the same too, only after 4 years rather than whatever it is now. With DOS+ 1 year, DOS+ 2 years etc, guys like me (6 years) would top out at 95/hour at year 12. You see what I'm getting at here? Too good to be true. It's got to be the blended rate otherwise it's a raise for most pilots, not a concession. Where the hell is the TA language!!??

Ok, thanks that makes more sense. So if my very limited math skills are correct, 30ish 900's blended with our 200/700 rates (assuming the fleet stays the size it is now) in 04/01/2017 our captains will top out at year 12 at $92/hour. For an airplane that generates a few thousand dollars of revenue more per leg than what we fly now? FO's will top out at $40/hr at year 4. That's about $1/hour less than they do know at year 6 I think. Only silver lining I can see in this is that CA's between year 12 and most jr on property will see a raise of about 2 bucks/hour. Still a no vote here I'm afraid as this is most certainly a B-SCALE.
