This is most definitely a b scale. End of story. There is nothing guaranteeing people in the future won't be on 12/5 year pay yet current people are grand fathered in so it's very possible to have two people making two different amounts. Pathetic that anyone would consider this but not surprising it's psa. You're off the hook gojet. Except Bernoulli of course.

Sorry - military pilots are no more entitled to a mainline job than a regional pilot.
Military pilots EARNED their way to a major. Not BOUGHT their way through training, as most regionals pilots have.

Military pilots get standardized, professional training in fast jets with a real jeopardy involved.... unlike regional pilots.

I'm at a major with a STRONG military culture.

You might be right.

You know man, I rarely pick with someone on this forum...but for the first time im very insulted.

Clearly you've never been at a regional. I also did NOT buy my way here....I worked hard, have had numerous jobs prior to this one and just because you were in the military you in no way shape or form have a better background then me or anyone of my fellow co-workers to work at a major.

In fact, i'd rather have my family on a 737 new hire who was previously a captain at my airline then some hotrod who blew around in an F16 by himself for a few hundred hours.

Clearly, just by your posts, youre an arrogant prick who knows nothing about CRM.

while I don't transport a lot of people, there are still lives in our hands. for you to say we are unqualified for a major job is an insult, I am offended, and I hope to never fly with someone like you. Don't come on here and say those things, its literally laughable.

It's not a B scale. It's worse. Its an internship. Welcome to PSA, here's an interview at US Airways. You fail. Sorry, you're stuck at year one pay now.

Are you trying to sound like a pompous ahole or is it natural?

Look I'm completely against flow too personally. Companies should have a choice in who they hire. Any company. Texaspilot's views on this don't reflect that of all rj pilots. But please, stop drifting this thread. This is a conversation about psa's new ta. Thank you.

I can't tell if you are trolling or are serious. So, how much jeopardy are you in at your major?

You know, I was planning on arguing but I'm just going to let you pretend like you are better than everyone here. Enjoy fantasy land.
