I would encourage you to call the Mesa MEC Chairman. He'll be happy to tell you how open they would be to concessions for growth.

Before you say it, the concessions they took in the mid 2000s were to re-capture an alter ego airline, not to grow. Thanks to those, there's only one GoJet floating around right now, and not 2.

This jumps out at me too.

This thing will pass with at least 51 percent of the vote. It's a shame that the leadership didn't just vote this thing down. At a time when regional pilots actually have an advantage, this group is going to take more concessions.

It won't if we do our part to inform these scared to death pilots (scared by our own union) what this ta will mean for us and our profession long term. Stopthewhippsaw, can you start putting some info out on your fb page?

Can someone answer these questions for me? Thanks.

What if someone already interviewed at mainline and a got a no. The get reinterviewed when they get to their number?

Is it 4 a month, GUARANTEED HIRE? So will they interview in seniority order until they find 4 they like? So potentially 10-15 interviews a month?

If someone gets a no, does their pay freeze THEN or do they continue to the 4 or 12 year respective cap if below each?

What about rates? Will it be at our negotiated pay rates for 900s/175s?

Expected delivery start date?

When will we get emailed an in writing summary if we can't attend the road shows?

Thanks in advance.

Here you go.

What if someone already interviewed at mainline and a got a no. The get reinterviewed when they get to their number

They get to interview again, up to 3 times

Is it 4 a month, GUARANTEED HIRE? So will they interview in seniority order until they find 4 they like? So potentially 10-15 interviews a month?

Yes

If someone gets a no, does their pay freeze THEN or do they continue to the 4 or 12 year respective cap if below each?

Continue on to 4 or 12th year

What about rates? Will it be at our negotiated pay rates for 900s/175s?

Yes.

Expected delivery start date?

July

When will we get emailed an in writing summary if we can't attend the road shows?

Who the hell knows.

Are you sure about this part right here? Is it not a blend between our 200/700/900 rates? I ask because if we actually went to a straight 900 rate with this LOA, every captain on property would actually take a 3ish dollar/hour pay raise. FO's would stay at about the same and top out at the same too, only after 4 years rather than whatever it is now. With DOS+ 1 year, DOS+ 2 years etc, guys like me (6 years) would top out at 95/hour at year 12. You see what I'm getting at here? Too good to be true. It's got to be the blended rate otherwise it's a raise for most pilots, not a concession. Where the hell is the TA language!!??
