One last point there's nothing concessionary in this deal.... NOTHING......

Pinnacle and AE can use those words...... For you to say that is so far off it's not even funny...... Ask their CAs about topping off at 12 year pay........

Everyone has the right to vote according to how you see fit. But like Meyers said, there are huge improvements. Attend the roadshow and read the TA carefully when they release it in two weeks or so.

Gojets and company will love a NO vote and the subsequent gaining of American flying........ Vote no and all bets are off the second offer is nearly as good....... I could see KH saying bye bye to many QOL provisions and a mediator placing all blame on us..... For your MEC to all vote in favor shows this is not only a fair offer but a very STRONG offer.....
And here are the "vote yes or die" threats.

Vote yes if you think you can live with this for 10 years. Vote no if you cannot. If it fails to pass and PSA closes then it is what it is. We will all find jobs elsewhere.

10 years? To imply it's concessionary or more so post such without seeing all the details is ignorant..... This deal is far better for our QOL and keeps health insurance, retirement, and other great aspects of our current contract intact...

In addition increasing days off from 10 to 11. Rsv guarantee to 75 hours, SAP window, juniormans increased...... Call me crazy but compensation isn't awful for our CAs by any means.... To imply that's a reason to vote no seems short sighted.....

Did anyone see a MINIMUM day coming?

The scheduling section alone is a pay raise. You get paid with a pay check not a hourly rate. Min day and other scheduling advances will lead to higher paycheck.

Can someone post payrates? Min day is 3.5, and dh pay is only 75%. Got to read through the whole thing before making a decision.
