The TA is complete garbage. As is said in the Eagle letter, it doesn't even guarantee any planes. I'm going to be amazed if PSA pilot vote this in and it's incredible that the PSA MEC actually voted for this. More pressure from national and all other MECs needs to come down on them.

Feel sorry for those clueless enough to think they "don't have a dog in this fight". Once this dog is born he'll be turned loose to attack others. First in the ring will be the other AA/US wholly owneds who will get the ultimatum of merge/meet or be dissolved into PSA and then once that dog becomes a monster, the other regionals will be pushed into the ring to capitulate or be killed.

There is a building block strategy here and every regional pilot better hope and be confident they'll be at a major in 7 years or find themselves totally screwed on the next cyclical economic downturn trapped at a place they either thought they'd be gone from or didn't realize they indeed had a dog in the fight when they still had the possibility of avoidance or survival.

I see several thousand pilots in their mid-30's to late 50's trapped in a nightmare in 5 years with nowhere to run to.

The letter guaranteed 30. Not exactly accurate to say there's no guarantee. Now AA goes back into bankruptcy and then 30 never happens? That's another question.

The letter guarantees 30 airplanes in 10 years, no mention about current fleet? Also these are bullet points, you are not telling me that you are voting on bullet points are you? Where is the actual language?

I never once said "this is amazing. " I rather from the beginning stated don't use terms *b scale, scab, etc.* when you clearly don't understand the meaning behind them. I applaud the AE fast read in correctly stating that in their release. Use these terms correctly or educate yourself to know what they really mean.....

Concession? Absolutely. B scale? Absolutely isn't.
You're right it isn't a b-scale....it's far worse

The b-scale at Eagle was going to apply a lower wage to new hires. PSA lowers the bar for all pilots on property in exchange for what will likely amount to a net loss of 5 aircraft (once all the -200s are parked).

This has got to be one of the worst TAs I've ever seen offered to an employee group. At least Pinnacle had the threat of shut down when they voted in their terrible contract (wish they hadn't). What possible excuse do PSA pilots have for even considering this garbage? This should have died at the MEC level and never should have made it to a TA.

Don't be stupid PSA, vote no on this garbage.

This TA is complete trash. After all of the work pilots have put in to raise the bar this will wipe out any advances made over the decades. Recently, fast food workers where fighting for more money than a fo would make as a result of this TA. By passing this you are saying your aren't worth more than a fast food worker. How could anybody even consider passing this TA is beside me. Can you look your fo in the face witnessing him/her spiral into mounting debt and sleeping on anybody's floor who will show mercy? Give me a break. Do the right thing! Let's raise the bar and stick together!

And all that language about "completing required paperwork to apply and maintaining an online application" or else youre considered not interested. Im supposed to trust some reject in Dayton got the fax? Or that stupid airways app site which has two of my apps under review and no way update it? The cracks you could fall through and get pay frozen is astounding! And dont expect these alpa f*ckers to help work it out. Disgraceful.
