The TG MEC had a habit of not releasing any info or bullet points and telling the MEC they had to vote to pass it so the pilots could see it.
Those two reps are just weak Patsy's who can't see that their job it to represent the overwhelming opposition to the TA and vote no. They even admitted the overwhelming opposition was astounding. They just refused to do their job and passed the buck.

I think this might be the worst part. Straight from LOA 3 4.e.iii
"US Airways may make the determination, in its sole discretion, that there is an insufficient number of qualified PSA pilot candidates in any given month in which US Airways hires pilots for New Pilot Positions. If that determination is made in any one or more months, US Airways’ Offer Commitment in the relevant calendar year shall be reduced by the number of positions that otherwise would have been offered to a PSA pilot had there been sufficient qualified PSA pilot candidates." Its a loophole to get around one of the biggest parts of the agreement while still freezing pay.

Don't act all high and mighty. AE brought up B scale. Your pilots would be as split as much as PSAs are. Your MEC voted it down but two said yes. Your pilot's I guarantee would be like any other and it'd be a close vote had it gone to vote.... Stop pretending Eagle did anything great. A few MEC officers did, not the pilot group or your NC or MEC Chairman did.
Our officers decided to draw a line in the sand. I'm not taking up for the two that voted for it but they said they were against it and only voting to send it to the pilots not necessarily supporting it. There is a difference.

Whoa whoa whoa ... 1st of all there's a huge difference between what PSA is being offered and what Eagle was offered. Eagle pilots were offered a guaranteed flow for 5 extra slots at AA or US per month. A total of 25 slots. 60 airframes. No pay cuts at all for anyone on property. A choice to flow to USairways or AA. Basically for most people it would have benefitted them and is the only reason it could have passed. The only people that would have suffered would have been future new hires. The PSA proposal is a whole different ball of wax. Complete garbage and I would be surprised if PSA pilots vote this in. Other than some new AC I see nothing offered worth voting on. Get turned down on the 2nd interview and your pay is frozen? That stinks.

Yea guys, but you are missing the point. If they don't take this deal US Aiways management will go to The Mesa pilots and ask them to accept this deal to lower the cost of feed for US Airways and United, and if they turn it down they will go to RAH and give them the deal so they can liver the cost of feed for United, Delta and Us Airways... GMAFB... They are trying to push the wholly owned regionals to paycuts to the other airlines management and ask them to lower their cost.

They won't go to their pilots, they will go to management and have them come up with the cost savings for new airplanes or it seems these days most regional airlines have contract adjustments built into the feed contracts. I know Delta has it for SKW and EXJ, AA has it with RAH.
