It's a tough decision for everyone. I think it'll be a very close vote. So far I know of more no voters than yes. I voted no myself. Everyone has their reason for their votes, we should at least respect that and live with the result of what the majority wants. If you don't like this system, then you should move to Cuba or North Korea.

Regardless of anything, don't worry we are not trying to convince you to say NO seeing as how you have already made up your mind. Either way, we (from the other regional groups) hope that your pilot group (not you) will see the deal for what it is. Good Luck!
Funny..... Have you spoken with a PSA NC member to get their take? How they got where they are today? Or are you going by some vigilante Facebook group who has this HIGH hope of something that is totally unrealistic. Their goal is essentially the same as a national seniority list which will never happen......

Further more or are you listening to a dysfunctional AE former MEC Chairman who while he was in office has been accused of spending money illegally and his MEC members putting in false expense reports. The same man and his NC who proposed a B SCALE to the industry? I'm certain there is more on this man but those seem to sum this man who leads the AE pilot group well....

Its too bad the AE guys and a few hijackers from other airlines that are on here can't respect the process at the very least..... They pretend to be all high and mighty but will not respect the view points of others who are not aligned with theirs....

It's in virtually everyone in the industry and those that want to enter the profession's best interest for this to be voted down. The damage this would cause regionals and eventually the majors is undeniable. You guys don't have a gun to your head like pncl did, there is no reason to vote this in and to knowingly damage the profession.

Funny thing to me is the company would have been better to go after work rules. They'd have been better to go after junior man pay of 1.75 and critical day coverage day of 1.75. Minimum day and live vacation trading and most importantly the dropping down in credit hours and schedule adjustment window. Had they done that and kept the 18 pay scale the same no one would even care.....

The sad reality is the pay at PSA regardless of hourly rate is made with the work rules...... They all go into effect October 1st and that is in my mind would have gotten zero notice.....

Of all the things people complain about EVERYONE misses the real issue which was the 10 year contract part.... Most I know could live with most but I find it funny no one on here really pushes that issue....
