Fact is they can shut PSA/PDT down anytime they want with or without this TA. I know it's hard to lose a job, but the sun will still rise the next day! I promise!

Personally I would like to see this TA get voted down. Then we get bought out by Mesa and stapled to the bottom of their list. Then within a few years get sold off to RAH and start over a year one pay. And hopefully if all goes well we end up at GoJets. And from there we get denied on all jumpseats and never be able to get to work. This is my wish. And yes. I work for PSA.

Yup no pay cut huh?!?! How about when you interview twice as you hit 8th or 7th yr pay. And that second interview you still don't get hired. Your pay is frozen. Then what?
So are you guaranteed to be hired by a major airline at some time?
Oh that's right, your entitled at some point to be picked up by DAL/UAL/LCC/FDX/UPS/SWA, or someone similar right?
there's no chance that you get stuck at psa with a pay rate frozen at 8th yr?!

The second interview is optional only.... Question comes do you roll the dice. Been answered by our NC and company both.

Yeah he is. He cares about his family. He cares about his company and co workers future. He cares about the flight attendants, Mechanics, dispatchers, schedulers, etc having jobs and checks. If that's selfish sign me up as well..... Until then go pound sand and cast stones at someone you actually know.

Negative ghost rider. Lowering the bar is still lowering the bar. You took a job, and are now being asked to do that same job on an aircraft that will yield even more revenue. Now you are being asked to give concessions to continue doing your job. There is no profitable world where this makes logical sense.
Funny a CA at a regional with such a name? What regional? How old? Kids? Wive or partner? Mortgage payment? College tuition bills? I hope not bud medical bills?
Bet if you're a CA you're making ok money eh? Funny.
